Place your order online
Shop the products we offer and place your order online as usual. At checkout, select the option "I will pick it up myself" as the delivery method.

Preparing the order
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will inform you by e-mail or SMS. Please wait for confirmation before visiting. All orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours of placing the order.

From Monday to Friday:
from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays:
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sundays:
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

What to bring
Apart from your order, please bring your order confirmation email.

We deliver within 3-5 working days
Riga, Saulkrasti, Ādaži, Baltezers by courier to your address (the price for delivery will be calculated afterwards).

We, the Augzet team, are committed to ensuring high customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return the product, please observe the following rules:

Return Deadline
Products can be returned within 1 day after receiving them.

Refund policy
We do not refund money. Instead, we offer to exchange the returned product for another plant of the same value. If the desired plant is more expensive, you can pay the difference.

Products that are not returnable.
1. Plants that have been planted, damaged or show signs of improper care.
2. Personalized or specially ordered products.
